Once you graduate and no longer have access to your ARTIC login, but you can still borrow books from Flaxman Library! Reminder: you only have access to library databases, ebooks and ejournals while you are on campus wifi or in the Flaxman Library - this new library account WILL NOT grant you access to these resources off campus. Visit this page to review your library privileges as an alum.
1. Visit the ARTICard office to get your Alumni card - we cannot make an account until you have this
2. Visit the Flaxman Library with your Alumni card where library staff will update your account
3. Your new username will be your SAIC ID number (example: 1236547), and we will assign you a new password (8 characters, mix of letters and numbers)
4. Once you have this password, go to the Library Search box on our homepage and click the pink Library Account button
5. Chose the 2nd option -- Alumni/Guest Login then use your ID number + the new password
6. You will be asked to change your password the first time you login (once you do this, you do not need to keep the password we provided)
7. You can now request Flaxman Library books for pick-up, see what you have borrowed, and renew books online!
